DESCRIPTION
The Tunic is
made of 100% cotton Fabric.
That “chain mail” tunic in the photo is not included but you can add it for $15
The fabric is machine washable and dryer safe, but you don’t want to wash it with any items that might snag the lacing so just be careful.
This tunic has lacing detail at the neck, sleeves, ribs, top of slits. Lacing detail is called “lion brand suede yarn” in an olive green color. It is not really suede, just described like that because of the texture.
There is a decorative stitch line that runs about 1/2″ from all the edges (hem, sleeves, neckline)
I have been adding the design that goes around the edge of the green tunic. If you would like this design just let me know, there is no additional cost.
It is drawn on with Fabric marker then stitching over that. If you don’t want it, there will just be the straight line stitching, no marker, no corner design.
The white Collar Layer:
Choose a dickie style that laces up (fake shirt, just the collar with front and back flaps to hold it in place under the tunic).
If you don’t mind bare arms, then this is great for reducing layers and keeping you cooler. It has 10 eyelets and white cord lacing.
OR choose the Long Sleeve Turtleneck with lacing detail at the neck

The Hat
also has lacing detail on each side at the front and underneath toward the pointed end and at the very end.
It has elastic at the nape of the neck for just a bit of stretch which allows this hat to stay comfortably on your head.
The Waist Belt  and The Shoulder Belt
are made of brown vinyl that looks like leather.
It is not shiny or weird as the word vinyl will often make you think.  It is also not flimsy like some costumes out there.
It is very cool.
The waist belt is extra long for the tied around look. You will need to make a hole in both belts to get the perfect fit, I don’t want to marr them up by putting the hole in the wrong spot. I will include a tack so you can easily make a hole.
The shoulder belt has a shoulder pad, a securing loop and a rib strap. All of which slide freely on the belt.
I have designed this belt so that you can get the optimum fit.
The end of the rib strap that attaches to the O ring can tighten or loosen and fastens with velcro.
I included the metal ring so that the rib strap could pivot for comfort and the best fit.

Please Note:
there is nothing on the belts to support your own sword or sheath. They are just belts.
If you have a rigid sheath, you could bind it to the belt with a couple of zip ties.

Forearm bracers
. You will get a pair OF BRACERS with your costume.

(but you can add them for $10, see below)
Choose green or blue  (some people think the bracers should be blue, some people think they should be green. It is an even split as to what people have asked for so order what you like)

The Bracers
are like a sleeve for your forearm with a cuff that folds over at the elbow end.
They are made of vinyl just like the other accessories.

A lot of people have, make or buy the extras I offer separately, so I have not included their cost in the costume and made them a choice so you can add any items as you need them.
To complete this Twilight costume, you may want to add Pants, the Boots (shoe covers), the single gauntlet, gloves, chain mail tunic, belt pouches, Master Sword and Hylian Shield.

It can be changed to either side, but it is much easier for you if I configure it to your preference now. In Twilight Princess, Link wears it over his left.

**HOW LONG do you want your tunic?
I need you to tell me exactly how long you want your tunic. Here’s how to measure:
measure from the tip top of your shoulder down the front of you (over chest and belly), to the place on your leg where you want your tunic to end. And then add 3 inches. I will question it if it seems too short in reference to your height.

Add a Neck gaiter for $3 in WHITE (for the sheik look) or OLIVE GREEN (more for Twilight Princess)
Add a single gauntlet for $10
now with 2 straps:
It is plain brown with no design. It is just a shin guard covered with the same brown vinyl I use on the belts.
It’s a really good prop for the price and definitely better than nothing.
It is 8 1/2″ long
Add Gloves
for $10.
They are BROWN, LEATHER, FINGERLESS gloves
I cut the fingers off them and then reinforce the seams so they will not split or unravel when you wear them!
Add The Shoe Covers for $30
They are
made of the same brown
vinyl fabric as the belts.
The Shoe covers go over your own shoes with elastic to hold them on at the bottom like a stirrup.
If you want to add shoe covers, here is what else I’ll need to know:

**How tall do you want the boot leg?
measure from the ankle bone (that little bump that protrudes on the outside of the ankle) upward to where you would like the boot leg to end.
**What is the shoe size?
tell me shoe size, country (US, UK, AU, etc)
and whether it is mens, womens or toddler
Add a “chain mail” tunic for $15

lightweight, stretchy Polyester fabric with metallic gold interwoven and sequins.
Wear it under the green tunic for the effect of “chain mail”
You cannot order this after you receive your costume. It must be made along with the tunic.

These are THE BEST pants for this costume. Yes, they are women’
s pants,
but they give the best look and I will send you the size that best fits your measurements

Add Belt Pouches for $25
The Purses
are made of brown vinyl that look/feel like leather. They fasten at the flap with velcro and have a belt loop on the back so they can slide onto your belt
They have gold paint detail along each flap and a gold tassel sewn on.
The sides of the purses have an accordion action that keeps it smaller at the top when fastened and leaves the base fat.
How Big are they?
The large one is 6″ tall x 4″ wide x 2-3″ deep
The small one is 4″ tall x 4″ wide x 2-3″ deep
Deep: meaning front to back since the “tall” measurement could be considered depth, too.
Have you seen the Disquise brand Master Sword in the Twilight Princess style?
It is the best Set that I have seen for the money and so light weight! You could bind the sheath of that set to the belt that comes with this costume with 2 zip ties, then cover it with something more decorative like twine of rafia. Message me for more details. I have a few sets and I can add one to your belt (raffia and all) for $20. I’ll attach the sheath to your belt and include 2 extra zip ties in case you need to re-position it, you can just cut the others but use how I did it as an example. Also there is a tiny row of numbers stamped on the blade of the sword. The sword is actually painted over blue colored plastic.    Let me know if you want me to
remove the ink stamp and then touch up the paint.
