For your consideration is this large 19th century brooch. An amazing, ornate piece set in silver and backed with gold (10k – acid tested). This statement brooch was believed to have been adapted from another piece, and is in excellent condition for its age.
Weighty and approximately 2″ across.
The brooch features glistening paste stones of varying sizes, several of which are “black dot.”
