Up for fixed price are Black Chrome Rigid 6” Steel 4R rules. These
rules are made in the USA by Precision Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a
premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and
are hardened and tempered. They have a black chrome finish and are precision
photo etched and then white filled for easy readability. The black chrome with
white markings creates a “zero-glare” ruler that is easy to read in low and bright
light conditions.
The 4R graduation
shows 32nds and 64ths on one side and
8ths and 16ths on the reverse. Rules are .750”
wide and .036” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. These rules
are every bit as accurate as any Starrett, Mitutoyo, M & R or B & S
rule at less than half the price. Pictures show both sides of a rule, but only

keep me informed. If it will be a few days before you get payment to me, no problem,
just let me know so I will not worry about it being lost. I do not have any
hard and fast time lines on what happens when. I work very hard to get all packages
to the Post Office the next day after I receive payment. If for some reason
that will be delayed, I will let you know.
All my items are shipped for free either USPS 1st class or
Priority shipping.  I will ship another method to get it to you faster as
long as you and are willing to pay for the faster shipping.
You decide how you want to pay and I will usually go along with
it. So far all (well, most) of my dealings have been with nice, honest people.
(As I would expect) .
My satisfaction policy is also very simple, you are the customer
and you decide if you want the item. Satisfaction is guaranteed, no exceptions.
Purchase may be returned for any reason or no reason within 30 days in
original condition for a full refund. If the item is defective or for something
I did or failed to do, I will also refund the postage. If you just changed your
mind or found another one down the street, cheaper or better. I still accept
returns except you will need to pay the postage.
