Description

Beautiful Georgian Rose Cut Diamond Cluster ring.
Size 5
Weighs 6.87 grams
Rose cut diamonds set in foiled back silver upon an 18 carat gold band – in true Georgian style to highlight the diamonds sparkle. The large center diamond measures approx 5 x 4mm and has a yellow-ish hue.
Surrounded by a cluster of 9 smaller diamonds (note ring is missing 1 of the 10 diamonds- please see photos) each one unique rose cuts with hand cleaved facets making them look one of a kind. Also a further 2 diamonds on each side of the flower cluster shape.
The whole cluster of diamonds across measures 17mm.
The 18k gold band has a closed back with a halo of little holes on the back – it’s a lovely warm rose colour. Not hallmarked but tested 18ct gold.
Condition – overall good. The silver settings of the diamonds could do with some strengthening to secure the diamonds further. The band is slightly uneven in its circular shape but still wears perfectly well and the stones are bright and lively. This ring sits flat on the finger so it’s super comfy and easy to wear. As mentioned, 1 of the 10 smaller diamonds around the main stone is missing – hence low reserve.
The ring has plenty of patina and moodiness as you can see and I love it this way – the diamonds are still super sparkly. But if you prefer a clearer look you may want to get it professionally cleaned to brighten the foils.
Ring will be sent boxed and via tracked international courier from NZ. If you are based in Australia – I can look up courier rates as may be lower than rest of world.
