Georgian Vintage Sterling Silver Large Faceted Crystal Glass Paste Stone Pendant

Description

This is a very striking Georgian to early Victorian era vintage sterling silver and faceted glass necklace pendant. The pendant measures just under 2 1/2 inches long and 1 3/8 inch wide at the top “hilt” portion, to me this looks like a stylized sword. The faceted crystal glass has long broad facets and a bezeled edge, the top is set with rhinestones (there are 2 tiny ones missing where the glass piece meets the tops but it is not distracting). The pendant is not marked but was tested as sterling silver. There is one small scratch in the glass at the front but it is not distracting.
This is a very beautiful vintage Venetian Murano green sommerso and aventurine molded art glass bead necklace. The beads have a wonderful swirled texture and measure about 20x12mm, the necklace has faceted clear spacer beads and is fitted with a brass spring ring clasp that functions well. The necklace measures 18 inches long.

We do accept returns, however we ask that you contact us first and send the item back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as picture, packed in the original packaging with all invoices or paperwork received. Please wrap items carefully as items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items that are lost in transition will also be the responsibility of the buyer, so for this reason we suggest purchasing insurance for your returned merchandise. Returns will be submitted after items have been received and examined, please note that items given approval to return after more than 30 days will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
